While many of you know me as a writer or speaker, I've always been working in live music playing my saxophone (and occasionally the flute) at different functions and been fortunate enough to travel around the world. Playing other peoples music is one thing, but it's a totally different feeling to rehearsing, arranging, perfecting, recording and releasing your own music. I'm delighted that my band Between Worlds are releasing our first ever single entitled 'In The Free'! It was written by Akil Henry (keyboards), and it has already been played on BBC Radio 6 by Jamz Supernova a couple of weeks ago.
